My name is Jessica Symons, and I have a passion for art. I grew up always wanting to be a professional artist when I was younger, and this sprouted to be an even stronger urge when I got to high school. I just finished my degree at Massey University in 2025, studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts. I am dedicated to improving my artwork and to one day become a full-time artist in the future!
I love to paint nature scenes, including plants, flowers, animals, and landscapes. I have always felt a connection with nature, and I really love trying to paint this feeling with art. Through my paintings, I want to help others feel inspired and spend more time in the outdoors. Nature has overwhelming benefits to our mental health and wellbeing, allowing us to feel peace and happiness. I hope my paintings can achieve this same level of peace for others, too.
